Dubai -Full-time, PermanentAED3,000 - AED3,500 a month· To understand all Safety Management System· To implement Site Safety plan· To ensure Sub-contractors operation in a safe way· To liaise with the Consultants and Clients.· To carryout random inspections and planned inspections.· To investigate accidents, near-misses and submit reports.· To report and/or correct all unsafe conditions and acts.· To arrange 3rd party training.· To conduct in-house safety static and keep records.· To develop and implement safety system of work practices.· To prepare Risk Assessment.· To conduct PPE inspection and ensuring adequate stock· To conduct and attend Safety meetings.· To prepare monthly safety report and planned inspections.· To implement health and safety plans entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits.· To ensure compliance of safety rules and regulations by industries within the assigned jurisdiction.· To identify processes which are hazardous & undertaking steps for curtailing associated risks.· To charting safety measures for minimizing occurrence of accidents, fires and calamities.· To foresee performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.· To conceptualize an emergency plan for combating accidents and other incidents and carrying out emergency mock drills, etc.· To attend fires, toxic, explosion accidents/emergencies & reviving people overcome by heat or smoke and preventing fires spreading.· To carryout fire prevention work and providing training to all employees operations, recharging and procedures against portable and fixed fire extinguishers.· Conducting fire drills & maintaining fire safety equipment by carrying out daily check.· To take care of protection including damage control.· To liaise with clients, consultants and number of subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.· Conducting HIRA as per OSHAS 18001, Risk AnalysisJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED3,000.00 to AED3,500.00 /month

Dubai -Job Description Role Responsibility: To manage the administrative functions of the media department. Competencies/Main Tasks: A) Knowledge: Knowledge and application of all agency related systems, procedures and software specific to administration tasks.A good knowledge of vendors, media vehicles in each market. B) Skills: Numeracy, literacy and accuracy.Be proficient in the use of applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the booking software of the company.Basic / simple ad-hoc negotiation skills. C) Product: Be proficient, proactive, and take ownership of work. D) Operations: To ensure accurate and timely vouching of all vendor invoices.To prepare production request forms and media instruction forms for requesting material from brand agencies and ensure timely follow up. -To maintain proper document trails and files for all supplier bookings and client approvals. -To provide finance with a weekly status of vouching.
