Dubai -Full-time, PermanentAED5,000 a monthWe are urgently looking for a Senior Laundry Technician, who can perform the following.Skills Required: Good written and oral communication skills.In depth understanding skills in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic troubleshooting.Sense of responsibilities and initiatives.Strict attention to details.Able to perform diversified maintenance duties.Able to prioritize, multitasks and manage time efficiently.Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.Duties & Responsibilities: Follows the Golden Sands Laundry corrective and preventive maintenance work processesResponsible to assign corrective/preventive maintenance tasks to Junior Technicians.Strictly follows all the Health and Safety procedures while on duty.Contacts the Chief Engineer for any doubt on the realization of a maintenance task.In charge of ordering or withdrawing any consumable parts in coordination with the Chief Engineer.Reports to the Chief Engineer in case of any damage or wear and tear parts found while executing any job task.Inform the Chief Engineer for any sign of machinery misusage.Responsible to maintain all the tool items in clean and good condition at all time.Responsible to maintain full inventory of the tool box given by Golden Sands Laundry.Responsible of the correct housekeeping in all service rooms (workshop, spare parts, boilers, air compressors …).Adheres to the maintenance grooming standard inclusive of all protective equipment.Performs other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.Complies with all Golden Sands Laundry health, safety & hygiene policies and procedures.Competitive salary will be provided to the people with commercial laundry experience,Benefits include: -1.
