This role effectively develops into our comprehensive offline sales and ecommerce business development plans.We invite Relationship Managers who can…Acquire and Manage Merchants in F&B, Entertainment, Beauty, Health and Retail Service industries and bring about awareness of our program.Find the right mix of relevant Merchant Categories that appeal to the segmented target audience.Meet aggressive Merchant Acquisition and EngagementConduct extensive research, at all times understanding and monitoring market & competitor activities.Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.Develop sales strategies to drive revenue numbers and growth targets from accounts under management.Build trust & foster relationship to be recognized as a premium provider of loyalty solution linked to charity.Collaborate with sales, marketing and management towards creating synergies and fast execution.Minimum Requirements: 5 to 10 Years of successful Sales Experience in UAE within F&B, Retail and HospitalityRelevant experience of Merchant Acquisition for loyalty solutions to acquire and grow merchant memberships and their engagement levels as per program objectives.Exceptional networking skills – able to penetrate target organizations to win businessExperience in managing sales teams will be given preference.Confident communicator with gravitas, able to sell consultatively & tailor converting solutions for prospectsProficient in relevant software/applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Sales Navigator, etc.Educated to degree level with excellent command of English.
