Position Purpose: The Bridal/Fashion Store Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the showroom is presentable and well organized at all times through-out the operating hours. Bridal/Fashion Store Assistant acts as a support for the sales team whilst assisting customers in the showroom and will be responsible for representing the company while assisting the brides during the wedding. Position Responsibilities: Leasing and Administrative work Preparing tenancy contracts and coordinating with Tenants. Expert-level usage of MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Using ERP (Oracle) applications and preparing Ejari contracts Update knowledge on Tenancy Laws in Dubai - and advise tenants accordingly .
