UAETemporaryBrief Description Job Purpose To provide functional support to the Accounts Payables unit ensuring accuracy and processing payments by verifying and posting relevant accounting documents through effective coordination with the business entities and clients in line with the Agreed terms, Accounting principles and ENOC group policies and procedures. Detailed Description Principal Accountabilities Functional Support Services(Payables) 1. To provide administrative support to Management on Payables unit, implementation of policies and procedures related to Payables at ENOC group level in line with ENOC vision and mission. 2. To review and analyse weekly and monthly invoices for all Suppliers in accordance with the service level agreements ensuring that the data is accurately captured and settled accordingly. 3. To provide support on monitoring and posting relevant Payables Accounting entries of various group and client level accounts and prepare analysis related to Payables. 4. To arrange and ensure settlement of all the payments in line with the agreed SLA and ENOC policies and procedures. 5. To conduct reconciliation of Supplier’s account and resolve disputes / vendor queries through liaison with the respective parties as applicable. 6. To provide administrative support on continuous IT system development in the areas of Payables System. 7. To provide necessary support on periodical audit and liaise with Internal / External / Government Auditors to provide necessary inputs and to initiate timely corrective actions in line with the auditor reports and as per management advise. 8. To liaise with Intercompany / relevant stakeholders and be responsible for providing accurate financial services with regards to Payables. Minimum Requirements Educational Qualification: A university degree in accounting qualifications. System Skills: ERP system exposure, Knowledge of MS Office 5 years of overall experience in Finance, of which, minimum 1 year experience in Oil & Gas industry
