Dubai - MarinaDescription: Responsibilities:- First point of contact for all Al Ain related matters for family.To Handle family affairs and general administration work for agricultural/commercial project.Responsible to process various types of visas .Handle and coordinate with family day to day affairs for farm/ uzba and family villas. Handle Oversee Travel arrangements which include visa preparations, tickets and pick up arrangements of labour, staff and visitors.Supervise the farm labour and uzba labours regularly.Monitor, schedule and coordinate villa and farm/ uzba mechanical and electrical maintenance & handle small maintenance of electrical, mechanical, piping works, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.Supervise farm activities, loading & unloading livestock’s and arrangement for transportation.Prepare reports, data for improving operations and resolve maintenance related issues.Responsible to arrange materials for farms such as dates net, water motor or other items.Responsible to handle cash, prepare the claim against each invoice with proper explanation to be foreword to administration for approval and submit it to finance for reimbursement. Responsible for Al Ain farm renewals at Al Ain municipality and coordinate with all authorities for all legal works. Coordinate with family affair office for arranging domestic & farm labours including payment to agencies and housemaid’s pickup and drop. Experience Required: Min 2+years hands on experience in General Administration for Agricultural project/ Supervisory/ Manage Family affairs.Education Required: Diploma/Any Graduate Skills Required: Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills . Languages Known Arabic, English , Hindi & Urdu. Basic Skill in Microsoft Office. Holding Valid UAE Driving License.
