Write regulatory news for regulatory changes and development (including up and coming legislation) in the MEA region. Providing regulatory support for clients (including answering clients’ inquiries, conducting quality assurance and expert review of regulatory data, etc.) Working with various departments at Verisk 3E in ensuring proper regulatory information dissemination in various companies’ products line and services. Qualifications: B.A/B.S. in Environmental Science, Political Science or International Affairs required; Master’s degree or J.D. highly preferred 1-3 years of regulatory/ legal experience (preferably in EH&S industry) Excellent comprehension in reading English, Arabic. This position holder will purchase vehicles with the assistance of the closer and in total compliance with SAC Process & procedure. On Signing the Purchase Agreement with the Seller This position holder will do the required documentation and deliver the vehicle & documents to the Operations team for further processing. To include:Meet & Greet the Seller in an Appropriate Warm & professional manner to create Good First Impression & Build Rapport. Guide the Seller to undergo the Relevant Check-in, Waiting & Deal Area process. Perform the Vehicle Inspection in a Safe, Courteous & Professional Manner. Complete the Inspection Report Accurately within the Stipulated Time as per SAC Quality Standards for Picture & Vehicle Inspection. Identity the Seller’s hot buttons using the standard Open & Close Ended Qualifying Questions & feed the closer with the information. Assist the Closer in Closing the deal by using appropriate Trial Closing, Negotiation, Perceived Value increase & Objection Handling Techniques.
