We are now looking to expand around the GCC region and for that reason we are looking for ski instructors who would like to try a different lifestyle. We offer a year-round unlimited contract or a seasonal arrangement, with a pay around EUR 2500 per month including Visa and medical insurance expenses. We require skiing skills and welcome snowboarding skills. Certification is not required but at least level 1 is welcome. The training is done in house by our chief instructor. Good communication skills in English are a requirement, French, Arabic or Spanish or plus. Marine Infrastructure Maintenance Inspector - AYCA Global Services-Dubai
Dubai -A leading marine Transport Company is looking to hire Marine Infrastructure Maintenance Inspector.Job Location - Dubai -The jobholder is responsible for all aspects of inspection for marine infrastructure maintenance works and new construction works in Marine Transport Department, Studies and Design section. Check whether contractor or technicians carry out work as per scope and approved plan. Also Supervise in-house Maintenance activities with the team and supervision of allocated Maintenance crew.Major Activities/Deliverable's: which include but is not limited to: Monitor day-to-day Maintenance works of Marine Transport Stations and provide technical support to ensure optimum performing Assets.Prepare / review and monitor Preventive Maintenance Plans and corrective maintenance schedules on verification purpose (inspections).Review and approve Inspection request raised by the contractor though hardcopy format and MAXIMO system and inspect the work carried out by them and approve the work order completion.Follow up with contractor / technicians and the maintenance team on site on the daily maintenance activities.Monitor and record the spare parts and inventory.Preparing and coordination for Station access approval with Marine Operation Section and other authorities whenever required.Preparation of the Contracts -Technical SOW for the Marine Station and Facilities Maintenance.Provide evidences for Insurance claims and support for the preparation of reports and conducting meetings/inspections with the insurance surveyors for repair claim.To monitor and manage the activities at site and contractor’s maintenance yard and conduct inspections to ensure the correct procedure is been followed.To coordinate with the developers (i.e. EMAAR & Global Village) of Developer area stations for maintenance and any modifications works.Liaise with RTA Building and Facilitates Department and other internal departments for coordination for maintenance work carried by them and required follow up procedure through systems.Coordinate with Marine Operations section agents for obtaining required approvals and permission to work at the site.To participate in internal and external audits and submit reports as per the requirementsReview monthly Payment certificates raised by the contractor.Monitor contractor works and working hours for the Day works claims.Follow up on the emergency calloutsInspect all stations as per inspection plan and any other ad hock site visit and report all breakdown to Engineer for action.Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.Academic Qualification: Degree in either Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Marine/ Coastal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical engineering subject.Qualifications and Experience: Degree with 3 years post qualification experience or Diploma with 10 years experience of Marine Maintenance environment overall.At least 2 years UAE experience with degree or 5 years UAE experience with Diploma is preferredExperience in Marine Structure Construction and MaintenanceExperience in using CMMS is preferred.Valid Driving License; will be required.Must have good understanding of Preventive, Corrective Maintenance of Pontoons, Gangways, tools, & machinery use.Knowledge of best practice repair proceduresKnowledge of Material approval for Steel pontoons and Aluminum products (to ensure reports are aligned)Computer literate and good command in MS OfficeAbide with the international and company’s HSE standardsAdded advantage for Asset Management CertificationsLanguages: ArabicEnglishJob Type: Full-timeExperience:UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
