Reliable and consistent Reporting in Essbase, BPC as well as all internal reporting (dashboard, analysis) enabling Top Management to take the right business decisions Finance lead in FTG projects and prepare P&L to support the business case Secure compliance to Internal control (Dango) within the scope Reporting in BPC/Magnitude & Essbase & Support any ad hoc requirements About the job Cost control (TTM & Operations) mastering for actuals and forecast Accurate, aligned & timely Actual & Rolling Forecast reporting in BPC as well as in Essbase (RF only) with phasing matching with BPC centrally on a monthly basis Trade spend weekly update to the stakeholders (Budget vs. actual) Monthly reporting & animation of Actual vs. RF deviation with comments Internal controls compliance related to the scope PO Approval & 3 way matching ensuring all PO’s are GRed on time Month end closure process including balance sheet accruals reconciliation Attend all FTG meetings & prepare P&L for projects after ensuring assumptions from sales/marketing team are duly challenged & validated Skills To be successful in the role, you should ideally have: Strong communication & presentation skills A high degree of reliability, agility, initiative, resilience, integrity, confidentiality and empathy Ability to perform in a cross-functional, volatile, uncertain and multi-cultural environment Fluent in English (written and spoken). Mastery of Controlling skills Sound understanding of Internal Control principles 4+ years University or MBA degree in Finance 2 years successful experience in Finance, primarily in Finance Controlling / Business Controlling in Multinational FMCG environment.
