Dubai -AED20,000 - AED25,000 a monthWe are looking for an Arabic Legal counsel/Advisor for the holding company to work in Dubai -.Job Responsibilities:- Sharp document control and file management (manual and digital);- Attend to Real Estate Disputes with committees and different tribunals, filing statements, docket notes, registering execution and processing evictions (previous experience is a must);- Assist in preparing files for court cases such as conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to the case, prepare a written memo to determine how the case should be handled;- Assist the General Legal Counsel in preparing and attesting various documentations (such as board resolutions, company registration certificates and trade licenses, etc…) for the purpose of establishing and registering subsidiaries and/or branches and/or JVs held by the Company;- Assist the General Legal Counsel in preparing and reviewing various legal documents such as contracts, letters, notices, with the Company's clients, suppliers and subcontractors, etc…- Follow up with Government relations' team & subsidiaries and branches of the Company on getting their registration certificates, trade licenses, and directorship in place and up to date;- Handle administrative tasks such as translation of documents and checking the documents translation; and- Write weekly reports on developments of the legal department tasks, and meeting KPIs related to job role.Requirements· Bachelor's Degree in Law· 4- 5 years' of work experience in Real Estate Disputes, corporate commercial disputes, and credit collection.· English & Arabic (Read/Write/Speak) - fluentSalary – 20k to 25kFamily benefits – visa, Medical insurance, Airfare and Education allowanceThe position reports to the General Legal Counsel.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED20,000.00 to AED25,000.00 /monthExperience:Real Estate Disputes: 5 years (Preferred)

Qualifications and requirements : 3-5 years of underwriting experience in property and casualty lines with brokers or insurance companies. Minimum qualification of an undergraduate degree in engineering, commerce or mathematics Must be highly analytical and must have strong reasoning ability Interpersonal skills with a dedicated focus to client interaction. Preferable to have one of the following qualifications AIII, FIII, Dip CII, ARe, AU or AICPU Local contacts with insurance companies and general awareness of the pricing structures Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team.
SAP Fraud Management Consultant - 6 months contract - -Dubai
Dubai -Full-time, TemporaryShould have 7-8 Years with 2-3 SAP GRC and 2-3 SAP Audit and Fraud Management project Implementation experience with sound Configurations and Customizations knowledge to meet the following requirements Ø Define detection & screening strategies using simulations and calibration Using individual weight factors and thresholds Ø Execute mass and real-time detection and stop anomalies or irregular transactions Ø Manage alert workload with efficient evaluation, qualification and remediation of issues Ø Monitor key performance indicators and create management reports Ø Execute mass and real-time detection, and stop exception-related business transactions Ø Detect irregularities as early and as precisely as possible to avoid damages, without manual work Ø Real-time alerting and option to hold problematic transactions in business systems to avoid damages Ø Manage alert workload with efficient evaluation, qualification, and remediation Ø Take advantage of calibration of existing strategies with weight factors and threshold to reduce false positives Ø Cases of significant irregularities can be uploaded to leverage SAP Process Control comprehensive issue management Ø Monitor key performance indicators and create management reports Ø Measure performance, monitor and optimize the quality of investigation Skills Should have 7-8 Years with 2-3 SAP GRC and 2-3 SAP Audit and Fraud Location: Dubai - Duration: 6 Months Salary: Up to 15,000 AED/Month with Visa, Medical Insurance , Air Ticket and Standard benefits as per UAE LAW.
