ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES To deliver prompt and professional solutions for customers questions via phone, email and online chat. Responsible for keeping and maintaining customer records of transactions and interactions. Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products, services and features. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be able and ready to join immediately. Preferred polite male candidates.
