Dubai -Institutional Strategy and Leadership Objectives: · Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/business development and sales mission, goals and financial objectives of Tajmeel Royal Clinic.· Manages an effective and efficient Marketing and Business Development Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, policies, competencies and values are developed.· Managing and leading the team: Prioritizing their workload, ensuring proposals are accurate and data in systems is up to date, setting realistic performance expectations, communicating status internally and externally, mitigating risks, etc.General: · Assist in all events like CME, corporate & retail programs· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reviewing professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.· Develop and build health care community and maintains constant relationship with the community.· Research and evaluate new and innovative marketing tactics, agencies and partnerships to continuously evolve marketing plans· Prepare national & International marketing event calendar for every beginning of the year.Marketing: · Assist in developing Organizations marketing strategies by contributing marketing information, analysis, and recommends to strategies and direction; establishing marketing objectives in line with the organizational objectives· Develops Tajmeel’s long term marketing and public affairs strategy in collaboration with Unit Business Heads (Clinic Manager) and performs regular reviews and updates· Plan, Design and Execute Marketing strategies with clear road map to meet Monthly Targets on Patient foot fall versus Revenue Target.Design and formulate innovative marketing strategies to have market share for Tajmeel Royal ClinicDesign and Execute marketing campaigns with mobile dental unit to ensure monthly utilization of the unit and have better brand visibility and patient conversion.· Develops short- and long-term plans and budgets for marketing/communications/ public affairs programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.· Executes the annual Marketing & BD Plan within the agreed budget and ensures achievement of targeted marketing outcome.· Implements evaluation systems related to marketing goals and performance such as marketing metrics and Key Performance Indicators.· Manages all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution such as Clinic brochures, flyers about services, programs and other printed materials.· Arranges the design, implementation and updating of the Tajmeel website and uses social networking sites, mobile advertising, and text messaging as adequate.· Works with physicians and head of departments to manage regular marketing activities such as articles in newspapers, medical events, regular meetings with Dentist, speeches, courses and seminars on health issues· Provides tutorials to staff on their roles in marketing· Ensures the monitoring of competitors and their activities in the local healthcare market, prepares and maintains a database on current and potential competitors· Produces monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and year-end marketing and public affairs reports including ad hoc and special reports on request.· Research and evaluate new and innovative marketing tactics, agencies and partnerships to continuously evolve marketing plans· Overviews the performance against the budgets and produces reports on variances to the Managing Director.· Performs other related duties incidental to the work described, directly or through delegation.Sales: · Develop a strategy, implementation plan where in services of Tajmeel Royal Clinic are utilized to optimal capacity.· Oversee and drive in revenue for service lines by direct patient flow as well as from referral sources.· Direct activities for promoting referrals from group hospitals and other facilities· Manage relationships and contracts with Local government authorities, corporates, medical centers and clinics to enhance long term partnerships.· Assists in the preparation of pricing strategies for the clinics and contributes to the development of a discount policy.Business Development: · Develop viable commercial models of services.· Service line addition· Ascertain new business revenues· New geography additions· Developing proposals in response to requests for proposals from various sources· Assists the HOD in negotiations with health insurers, corporate clients and other third party payers.· Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the HOD within the scope of his/her job.Digital Marketing & Social Media: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.Set up and build out of paid media channels accounts, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.Create a regular publishing schedule.Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the organization. Report notable threats to appropriate management.Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.Evaluate emerging technologies. Registered Nurse – Aesthetics - -Dubai

Dubai -Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for performing supervised medical care to patients by assisting the doctors in aesthetic treatments & hair transplant procedures, provide pre and post treatment care to patients, set up and prepare treatment rooms, properly record patient information and build and maintain positive working relationships with patients. The Nurse (Aesthetic) will perform supervised medical care to patients by assisting in all aesthetic related clinical procedures and reconstructive treatments. She will be assisting in the pre- and post-operative medical care of patients Roles & responsibilities: Within established guidelines, perform laser hair removal or skin aesthetics services for Clients according to individual requests or specifications outlined in the client contract. Comply with all medical protocols and perform medical services with the highest standards of care. Analyse individual Client requests; determine, communicate, and manage Client expectations regarding treatment success. Understand and use laser and other aesthetic related equipment, ensuring its proper and regular maintenance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing 3+ years’ experience post qualification, preferably in dermatology, plastic surgery cosmetic or aesthetics field • Licensed Registered Nurse and Laser Nurse Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Nurse in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic or plastics field Good knowledge of procedures such as Botox, skin booster, hyaluronic acid, peels, mesotherapy, and laser Personal Abilities/ Competencies: Fluency in French, Arabic or other European languages is an added advantage Team Player Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure Flexible with working hours Customer focused and high level of professionalism
