Job Duties : Mainly should assist to senior / junior technicians all kinds of maintenance task like Painting, A/C, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry & Mason etc Assist maintenance technicians in installing, maintaining and repairing A/C equipment, diffusers & filters clean and support lifting and shifting window A/C and equipment’s. Learn to handle tools, supplies and materials to other workers. Preparing the work area and cleaning the work area and protect equipment. Learn to use maintenance tools like hammers, Grinder, Spanner, Tester and screw drivers. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors. Require to perform simple tasks, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing leaky faucets etc… Qualifications and requirements : Fluent in written and spoken English preferred Good practical knowledge of environmental services and safety and HVAC systems/operations. Excellent communication and cooperation skills. Must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
