The role will require global travel. Purpose of Role: The Regional Manager will be based in the Sicuro Group HQ and is focused on managing, maintaining and improving existing client accounts and relationships. Concurrent with that focus is the requirement to develop new business in existing sectors and new opportunities in new sectors. The role is fundamentally aimed at: Growth: Comprehensive client relationship management to ensure contract renewals and growth with existing clients. Identifying new clients and opportunities and leading the interaction and sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and proposal ownership through to operational delivery. Ownership: The most suitable candidate will prove an ability and willingness to ‘own’ the role. Business Development is important, as are the other key responsibilities the role demands: comprehensive operational management, project management, strategy planning, logistical planning and sales and marketing inputs. Effective time management is critical to the success of this role. Market Share: Understanding our market and competitors’ share of the marketplace to enable growth in market share. Contact and Cooperation: The position reports directly to the CTO who leads Sicuro Technology. There is direct and regular contact with the CEO and COO as needed. Cooperation is on a daily basis with the other Regional Manager as well as to the support positions of Accountant, Commercial Support Associate, Commercial Manager, Global Assistance Centre Operations Managers and other business unit leaders in Intelyse and Graal business units. Key Responsibilities: Effectively present the Sicuro Technology and other Group service offerings to prospective clients using multi-media tools (inc WebEx, Powerpoint etc) Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships and networks Achieve agreed targets financially and for qualified prospects and outcomes within schedule Thoroughly maintain and ‘live’ in our CRM platform Maintain and report pipeline on a regular basis Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, assisted closely by other internal stakeholders and collaborators Write the technical responses for proposals Research sectors, industries and specific clients to open opportunities Acquire knowledge of customers’ businesses and organizational structures and demonstrate an understanding of their main business needs, to match the correct service offering Share market feedback to enhance sales and marketing processes Help develop and execute marketing activity to drive awareness Utilize marketing data effectively to secure sales leads Attend conferences, meetings and networking events, develop a good rapport with prospects Resolve issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Deploy to regional countries in order to conduct BD, CRM and operational oversight Respond to RFPs, owning the proposal Thoroughly understand Sicuro Technology contracts and terms of business and any client contracts that are entered into, raising concerns or areas of exposure where they exist Understand and manage the regional P&L with accountability for direct costs Responsible for accurate and timely invoice distribution in coordination with the accounts team Thoroughly understand each of our communications (radios & satcomms), RTLS and IVMS devices and platforms and gain the ability, through internal training, to install and manage devices for in extremis installation requirements Maintain a constant and active role in decreasing Accounts Receivable Qualifications Preferred Qualifications & Skills: BA/BSc or equivalent working experience Minimum 2 years commercial project management experience Military service is an advantage to the candidate Experience in lead development, lead follow up, targeted account selling and closing deals in person, email and by phone Strong experience in relationship building Excellent attention to detail Proven persuasion and negotiation skills Must take initiative and be a self-starter Commitment to excellent customer service Positive, can-do, hands on approach when faced with obstacles to success Bilingual candidates preferred but not essential.
