Dubai -Purpose: Providing technique and plans to individuals / HNI clients with financial services with a view to protect and transfer their wealth by investments and attain all the possible goals in a systematic manner Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Responsible for prospecting, managing and developing a portfolio of high net worth individuals/institutional clients Manage client portfolios, keeping client plans up-to-date. Enhance and expand the firms’ relationships with existing and new clients. Contact clients periodically to determine any changes in their financial status. Cross sell and upsell client portfolio. Prepare or interpret for clients, information such as investment performance reports, financial document summaries, or income projections. Guide clients in the gathering of information, such as bank account records, income tax returns, life and disability insurance records, pension plans, or wills Identify and segment the target market for potential new business opportunities. Perform various analysis (education funding, stock options, insurance needs, etc.) and communicate recommendations Help develop tools and templates to assist with the efficient delivery of our service offering Ensure Quality and consistent service delivery at all touch points for all clients Perform other duties assigned by the department head. Ensure that standards of quality and quantity of work are met, support the effective and efficient functioning of the company, and support the achievement of company strategic goals and objectives

About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter / Waitress to join Food & Beverage Service team in Madinat Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: To confidently serve customers as per the brand standards Looks for ways to go above and beyond the guests' expectations Have a full understanding and can explain when asked the brand concept, history and vision Completed basic food hygiene and work in a safe and hygienic manner at all times Communicate any out of stock items to manager or team leader. Also when stocks are running low Communicate to managers any issues immediately Actively engage with colleagues and customers at all times Make simple decisions that affect work or guest's experience in a positive manner Have very good product knowledge and is able to confidently describe food and beverage items to a guest Can confidently take a guest's food & beverage order and ask all relevant questions where necessary Ensure that all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as per daily checklists Complete all checklist as required daily , weekly and monthly for the outlet Can run food and communicate with the kitchen with confidence Can accommodate and pack take away orders as per the brand standard About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Previous experience in food & beverage services Work well in a team but is also able to set standards and lead by example at all times.
