Dubai -Type: permanent role based in Dubai - Must-have 3 – 5 years’ of Business process experience in a banking environment Minimum of 3 years within a management consulting firm Role description Working alongside other Banking, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing & Customer Experience experts, you will support the implementation of online banking projects with established banks and financial institutions in the region. Facilitating each key phase of the implementation, you act as a consultant where you gather the requirements of the project, partner with the UX to design in congruence with the client teams processes and policies, as you guide and assist them and their partners to effectively deliver all business, operational and technological work streams, from kick-off through to testing and launch of the project or project stream you are supporting. By facilitating decision making and advising teams in their deliveries, you will drive high levels of internal confidence.
