Dubai -AED3,000 - AED3,500 a monthOne of our clients in UAE is urgently looking for Cost Controller / Cost Analyst.Job DescriptionChecking of emails (from finance, RM Stores, FND Stores, Production) and saving production report. (opening, Closing, balance, receiving a report), RM receiving the report, RM stock report, R & C Report, Yield reports (send by production teams) and any other IMP emails, Etc.Visiting inside the factory and checking RM storing area (all items received and stored physically) RM stores ( receiving report, overseas items, sample items, onion peeling, potato peeling, Yield and manpower details), spoilage reports, preprocessing area, Hot kitchen, Onion, Potato, Carrot, Vegetables, Lettuce, (Process of workflow, Yield, offcuts, wastages) packing (items packed, opening, closing balance), packing store (stock level – opening, closing, balance) Ice Cream (RM Stock, wastages), FND store (packed items, Returned items, Spoilages).Checking of Yield reports of each section (Onion, Potato, Carrot, Vegetables, and Lettuce) and preparing report.Preparation daily report, Spoilage report, excess quantity went to phase 1 and if any other report based on above 1 and 2.Checking of yield physically and preparation of Yield reports (for all overseas items and local items if any) and supporting claim report (for spoilage and damaged items).Preparation of daily raw material stock level and consumption report.Preparation of production forecast (week off days 2 forecast reports).Frequently checking of raw material receiving and receiving items in a day.Visiting inside the factory and checking RM storing area, RM stores (receiving report, overseas items, sample items) preprocessing area, Hot Kitchen, Onion, Potato, carrot, Vegetables, lettuce section (process of workflow, Offcuts, wastages) packing (Items Packing), packing store, Ice Cream (Wastage) FND Stores (returned items, Spoilages).List of transactional activities that can be quantified.Attending to the production forecasting briefing in phase 1 and discussing about controlling of returns, spoilage, maintaining of proper stock levels and opening balance, reduction of hand filling and short deliveries. Implementing new ideas and thoughts for easy and speed workflow.Preparation of consolidation Yield reports Related to point no 3 and 5 of above).Preparing of consolidated Yield reports – labor wise and origin wise (Onion, Potato, If any other).Preparing of consolidated Spoilage report.Preparing of the consolidated report of high stock days in the month.Preparation of consolidated report of excess items sends to Phase 1 more than customer order.Checking of consumption comparison of raw material stock (Physical consumption to system entered).Qualification: Minimum 2 years of work experience as Cost controller or Cost Analyst.Proficient in Excel.Bachelor DegreeSalary & Benefits: Salary is AED 3000 to AED 3500Accommodation and FoodTicket allowance every 02 yearsHealth Insurance.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 to AED3,500.00 /monthExperience:Cost Control or Cost Analyst: 2 years (Required)

Dubai -As a Food and Beverage cost controller, you are primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects. Additionally,responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire company. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain a system of financial internal controls Manage closing of books and preparation of Cost Control Reports as company standards Analyze and interpret financial reports, identify trends and make recommendations where necessary Review and evaluate efficiency of Food & Beverage Kitchens by developing a system of standard costing for menu items Audit kitchen stores & stocks consumption for misuse or deviations from standard costs Organize inventories in coordination with relevant departments Develop and maintain manual and computer filing system and ensure that the files are properly named, cataloged and access is available for authorized persons only Requirements 3-4 years of experience in the field Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost. Control the Food and Beverage kitchens stores in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
