We are licensed under the Dubai - Health Authority (DHA), providing therapy services to children with special needs, developmental delays and/or learning challenges. Date of Post: May 2019 Min Work Experiences Minimum 2-5 years of work experience – preferably within UAE/Dubai -. Experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising and/or Social Media, etc. Job Summary: Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the relevant areas including: Corporate Identity & Culture. Marketing, PR & Media Campaigns. Advertising & Branding, Cross Branding & Partner Alliances. Events & Sponsorship, Corporate Social Responsibility. Customer Relations, Agency & Vendor Relations, Networking & Community Relations. Market Research / Business Development & Sales Support. Operational / Marketing Budget. Essential Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree as a background in either field of: Marketing, Communications and/or Social Media. Preferable CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) Qualification. Eligible for UAE Residence Visa or on Husband’s Visa. A valid UAE driving license and own car. Technical Skills Required: Excellent computer skills, advanced working knowledge of Window Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Working knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing and/or similar applications. Should be able to work with Google Analytics and other similar tools. Must have worked with Hootsuite and Percolate for community management. Working knowledge of website content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla and Druple. Working knowledge of newsletter & mailing software and apps such as: Mailchimp, MailPoet, or similar. Working knowledge of survey software and apps such as: Survey Monkey or similar. Familiar with digital advertising concepts and ad delivery services. Personal Skills Required: Must be versatile and possess the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Passionate about people and delivering the best customer service. Needs to be organised and deliver to agreed deadlines and KPIs. Can thrive in a fast, changeable and demanding environment, employing firm responses when needed. Able to respond quickly, calmly and with professionalism. Fluent in English, both written and spoken with excellent spelling and grammar. Strong written communication and verbal communication, including confidence when talking over the phone. Arabic would be an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES – MARKETING EXECUTIVES Marketing Work with all internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, informative and relevant campaigns. Ensure that the marketing plans and promotional goals are documented and reviewed on a regular basis. Be proactive in all areas of work roles and help promote the services Sensation Station offers where necessary. Co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the Marketing department as applicable. Create and advise on all marketing strategies alongside the Marketing Director covering the company’s core services. Analyse and evaluate the distinct needs of customers within each brand for now and the future. Work closely with the HOD and therapy team to establish brand strategy in B2B and B2C sales. Drive implementation of marketing programme to drive awareness, web traffic, lead generation and end-sales. Devise short/long term plans for service/revenue streams to target most relevant needs within the potential market. Create, manage and maintain marketing budgets and spending, tracking spends accordingly. Review industry/competitor activity, updating the wider team as relevant. Attend monthly marketing team meetings to review and amend the marketing strategy of the centre. Social Media Development of social media strategies and management of all social media platforms mainly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google + and Instagram. Plan and create content calendars and use social media management tools like Hootsuite and Percolate. Develop and manage organic/paid ad campaigns. Create engaging content concepts for artworks and video. Provide advisory to clients on latest social media updates, trends and best practices. Identify influencers across various social media platforms. Fully manage social media communities. Create performance reports using various social media analytics tools. Create social media audit reports and competitor analysis. Public Relations: Build and sustain relationships independently and collaboratively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team. Build and sustain relationships independently and collaboratively within the local community, including: families, parents, schools, nurseries, medical clinics, hospitals, therapy professionals, associated industry professionals, government bodies, charities special needs support groups, etc. Develop and maintain partner alliances, such as building outreach partnerships with school and nurseries. Visit on a regular basis various schools and nurseries in the surrounding neighborhood to introduce our services. Develop collaborations and secure guest speakers for parent coffee mornings. Develop collaborations and secure specialist to facilitate CPD training and workshops. Establishing a network of media professionals, bloggers, event organisers, etc. Work with the Parent & Services Liaison for the overall day-to-day management of client relationships. Act as a representative for the company at all times and represent the centre in the best possible manner. Events: Project Management, organized & skilled management of multiple small & large scale projects/events. Own project/events budgets, working creatively to minimise costs. Develop an event calendar/schedule to promote the company/services at internal and/or external events. Liaise with the HODs and therapy team to plan and promote seasonal events such as: Camps, Staff Parties, Parent Coffee Mornings, Teacher Training, CPD workshops, Anniversary Parties, Exhibition, Conferences, Community Awareness Events, School Fairs, etc. CRM/Database: Monitor the admin referral log/email inquiries to ensure potential customer data is captured. Monitor the CRM to ensure captured customer data is analysed correctly and used effectively. Manage the Newsletter database, enter new data, clean up old data, update periodically. Monitor and analyse the Newsletter subscription and mail statistics. Communication: Seek support from senior management and/or other team members as necessary. Close collaboration with Senior Management to jointly plan/implement promotional strategies. Provide feedback to MD/HODs regarding the progress of marketing and promotional targets. Efficiently use formal/informal reporting mechanisms to ensure effective internal and external communication. Maintain comprehensive record of progress in line with company policy. Use of effective interpersonal skills to support clients, service users, community and the corporate/therapy team. Attend and contribute to meetings as appropriate, including; operational team meetings, annual reviews and as required. Service Development and Delivery Provide services which are sensitive to the needs of the culture/diversity of individual children/young persons and their families/carers under the guidance given and agreed upon. Maintain/update the corporate collateral including company brochure, banners, business cards, etc. Procure quotations from printing, hotels, publications, and various suppliers or agencies as required. Ensure quality delivery from external providers accordingly to company standard and corporate guidelines. Professional Development & Training: Remain informed on developments and trends within the industry / community. Develop learning skills via continuous professional development and maintaining an up to date CPD portfolio. Engage in self-directed learning routinely to develop skills and expertise relevant for your role. Attend applicable internal training delivered by Sensation Station to develop skills and knowledge. Attend and contribute to regular supervision sessions. Role & Type: Supporting Role (Designation name to be determine). Permanent / Full-time. 5 days per week (Sunday – Thursday) and also some Saturdays when needed. Salary: Depending on candidate’s experiences and skill set.
