Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Upgrade of firm s administrative system, including work procedures. • Keeping personnel records and follow up on official governmental requirements concerning human resources. • Keeping records and following up personnel vacations and overtime. • Supervision and follow up on all office maintenance requirements. • Management and follow up of contracts for services provided to the firm, such as medical insurance contracts. • Registration of the firm with different governmental and non-governmental entities, as required, and follow up of registration requirements and renewal. • As relevant to administrative tasks carried out by this department • As relevant to position requirements Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Computer Skills in MS office suit • Language Proficiency in Arabic and English • Bachelor’s Degree: B.Sc. in relevant field • 8+ years of experience in similar positions • Excellent supervision, communication and coordination skills • Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and systems

Dubai -Urgent requirement of a full time experienced accountant in a retail company in Dubai - UAE. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ideal candidates should be able to manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles that are followed at work.
