Review and receive the documents, arrange any additional information on policy and resolve any discrepancy. Deliver the policy to the client after taking acknowledgement. Update policy amendment tracker on regular basis. Provide reports to the management. Filing of all the documents in respective files for easy retrieval. Keep all client policy information confidential. Handle customer complain and resolve in timely manner. Perform duties assigned by the management from time to time. Must Have: Bachelors Degree in any related field with 4-5 years of experience in Insurance Broker company in the UAE. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Able to manage and develop subordinates. Attention to details and well organized. Excellent in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. Call Center Executive - DM Healthcare LLC-Dubai

Dubai -ROLE OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for attending calls and responding to the queries of the customers along with support in the periodic surveys. RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend customer inquiries through inbound calls Document the call details in the software along with summary of query Assist customers for call back requests received through emails · Assist customers in booking appointments, when they fail to do it online through the Aster Website Register customers and educating them about the Aster care loyalty program Answer queries on redemption, point upgrades, offers, etc. Ensure customers' details are updated in the relevant databases as and when requested Act as a first point contact for complaint management. Follow up on customer complaints/feedback Updating the call centre internal databases with details of newly added specialties and doctors, services, insurances, units, timings, etc to be used by the call centre executives. Preparing and sharing lists of customer queries with the concerned for all campaigns conducted by Aster and executed with involvement of the call centre.
