We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Consultant for our EEWAA (East Europe, West Asia and Africa) sales region who will manage and execute Global Mobility services in accordance with Grundfos’ global mobility guidelines and processes. As a Regional Global Mobility Consultant, you will be based in the EEWAA regional headquarters in Dubai -, UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advisory to the business on appropriate global mobility approaches according to Grundfos’ policies and processes and to manage international assignment life cycles from A-Z across different assignment types: long- and short-term assignments, commuters and local plus and international local hires. This includes: Acting as Grundfos’ one point of contact for the assignee, their accompanying family and internal stakeholders. Briefing managers and HR Business Partners on policies and processes and conduct briefings with the expat family. Preparing cost projection and assignment compensation package. Ensuring compliance (e.g. with employment law, tax law, social security legislation, immigration law) Liaising with and coordinating external vendors (legal, tax, immigration, relocation, security, culture, language etc.) Instructing HR and payroll in the Home and Host Companies and ensuring correct reporting and taxation of compensation package. Providing support and consultancy to the assignee, their accompanying family, managers and business partners during the assignment. The position reports to Grundfos’ Global Head of Global Mobility, and you will become part of a team of highly engaged regional Global Mobility Consultants, each located in different regions. What do you need to apply? To be suitable for this role, you should have the following: A relevant bachelor’s degree within HR, Law, Finance, Economics. Having a master’s degree would be an advantage. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Global Mobility in an international organization. International experience (either work or study). Expert knowledge within one of more areas of international tax, pension, social insurance and immigration law. Numerically competent and strong analytical skills. Excellent process management skills. Ability to understand complex issues and communicate these in a simple way. Intercultural awareness. As a person you are independent and self-motivated with a strong focus on creating a good user experience. You are a strong individual contributor with good collaboration and interpersonal skills who can manage multiple stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and well-structured with a focus on accuracy in your work. You are able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to communicate effectively, both written and spoken in English. Being fluent in another language which is used in the region would be an advantage.
