Dubai -Job Purpose: The primary focus of the position is to ensure that all Talent & Training practices are in place in order to support all facets of the business. This role is designed to be a central location for functions related to personnel. It requires exemplary people & organizational skills and working knowledge of Talent & Training practices. The Talent Manager will be responsible for all support with regards to recruitment, onboarding, performance management and other Talent & Training functions.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all recruitment and onboarding of new joinees for the organisationWrite and update Job Descriptions for new and existing positions.Responsible for the placement of recruitment advertisements, C.V screening and set up of interviews.Discuss and decide along with Line Manager and Director of Retail Delivery on salary structure for new hiresPrepare Offer Letters, Contracts, Salary Certificates & Salary Transfer Letters using available templates and resources.Communicate with new joiners on behalf of the Government Relations Advisor to collate documentation and ensure that employee start-up and visa process is completed.Carrying out all HR Operations functions with accuracy and in a timely mannerSet up and maintain all Employee Files. Ensure that employee records required within the UAE Labour Law are updated and available.Add new employees to the Time and Attendance Management system, employee records and other start up processes as appropriate.Ensure that employees are added/removed from company insurance policies in a timely manner upon joining and resignation.Coordinate with payroll team with relevant required information to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff salariesManage exit process for employees leaving the company. Coordinate final salary calculation with the Operations Department, conduct exit interviews, collate documentation required for visa cancellation, collect company issued documents/cards etc.Keep track of Visa/Labour Card expiry and arrange for renewals of the same with the Government Relations AdvisorConsolidate Time and Attendance report for all projects and reconcile all leave with Appogee. Ensure that all leave has been applied for and project attendance submissions are accurate.Update Employee Handbook when new policies or revisions to existing policies are approved and communicate update to employee group.Update the Talent Manual as and when new processes are introducedResearch and keep track of new labour laws and processes to be implementedOverseeing the Performance Management System and creating Employee Development plansEnsure that all Probation reviews and Annual reviews are completed on time by all managers and in the correct manner.Identify HiPOs through appraisals and manager reviews and suggest growth and development opportunities in line with the succession planVerify and confirm warnings and monitor improvement of undesirable behavior and misconductConduct employee grievances and counseling and prepare reports with recommendations and action plans for implementationConduct disciplinary hearings along with the respective Line Manager/Director and ensure appropriate action is takenPrepare Increment & Promotion letters and update appropriate details in employee records.Conduct Training Needs Analysis and roll out appropriate trainings for all employees.Formulate plans for employee engagement & development and implement the sameEnsure Employee Satisfaction and implement Change Management strategies to improve the work culture and foster a healthy work environmentAim to create and maintain a conducive working environment in which all employee’s talent, potential and skills are maximized to the fullestDevise employee satisfaction surveys and audits and analyse findings to implement and execute new initiatives to improve employee welfareConduct occasional site visits to interact with all employees on projects as a means of climate monitoring and doing a pulse check on employee satisfactionImplement various change management strategies and interventions as per employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.Draw up succession plans along with the Line Manager and Director Retail Delivery for HiPOs in the respective teamsPartner in monitoring and evaluating the performance of talented employees and implement appropriate retention strategies to minimize the staff turnover rateProvide continuous support, coaching and guidance to management on talent management and employee welfare interventionsJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Human Resources Management: 5 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Location:Dubai - (Required)
