Reporting to the Head of HR and working in the HR division you will be responsible for all clerical and support functions within the team, maintain an accurate and up to date record of HR employee attendance, scan leaver service records, meet and greet all HR visitors, monitor and reorder stationary supplies, update HR intranet pages, manage leaver exit formalities, enter all data relating to new joiners and relevant dependents, process HR invoices, medical insurance enrollment, send government approvals for new hires and distribute mail The successful candidate must be degree educated, have 5 years admin or HR experience and experience working with ERP ( Preferably Oracle) Please note this role is only open to Emirati Nationals who are in receipt of a Kholosat Al Qaid

Duties and Responsibilities Petty cash – Manage, maintain, and update records with regards to the petty cash management structure. Regulatory – Maintain records and handle processes on timely basis, all tasks related to the local regulatory rules and regulations; Fujairah and Dubai - Trade license, lease, PO box, staff Visa, parking cards etc Procurement – To work with the team on procurement, getting quotes and flow of internal processes for all procurement requirements and submission of documents for payments and follow up until closed. Logistics - Manage and maintain logistics department with timely, best and cost effective way of handling shipments and submission of documents for payments and follow up until closed. Customer / Supplier Contracts management – Work with the departmental head on contracts management; renewal, processing internally until signed off and shared with the customer.
