Dubai -Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: Drive and lead the CTC team to define short-term and medium-term growth objectives, ensuring this sustainably grows profitability and market share for the managed Cluster. Ensure the delivery of locally relevant assortment plans for WHS focusing on key accounts and considering the consumer and channel requirements to enable the cluster to maximize growth ambitions. Be the single POC Lead in the cluster w.r.t. pricing, Range Architecture, channel segmentation, IBP and overall brand and category business plans and represent Brand in all cluster level meetings for both the GCC and LENA regions. Lead, implement and operate the brand leadership as operating model in the cluster through establishing an Input, Plan, Create and Execute process with a defined interaction with the EM Market Brand Team and Cluster channel teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and accountable for overall Cluster Category business plans for adidas, including objectives, KPIs (NS, GIM and RFC) and Cluster GM Sign off process. Drive the team to deliver a compelling range/concept selection for the cluster, balancing both brand and commercial consideration supporting the overall business strategy for the GCC. Drive Market Range enhancements through assortment planning that reflects localization and differentiation in market place where needed with focus on FMP and key cities across the GCC. Deliver, manage and assess profitability by category by leading the team to manage pricing, margin efficiency, product category mix and channel mix through exclusivity and assortment planning. Lead a complete GTM product proposition (by category) aligning with BA/Omni team on Marketing plan, communication tools, activation tools, sports marketing support etc and support the sell-in process to focus accounts Plan and manage the cluster seasonal Sell in process following the Brand Leadership as the operating model. Lead the collaboration with the KA teams to create the option plans and channel ranges per channel/segment tier for WWTW accounts Own and Drive the RA for the cluster ensuring adherence to the Market Range Architecture by the Market CTC and requirements of cluster through feedback/inputs Provide regular analysis of sell-through performance to the relevant category teams and contribute to strategic planning based on the analysis. Lead a suitable performance framework for direct reports (Category CTC team) by setting performance targets and coaching for continuous improvement Accountable for inputting into the overall seasonal, IBP and contribute to category split for SBP. Accountable for the forecast for the category as part of the IBP process SCM collaboration to ensure (speed, Phasing, ILS, PO-PROD MOQ topics are planned and actioned.
