JumeirahCommission, PermanentAED5,000 - AED6,000 a monthWe are looking for an Accountant / Collection Executive to manage all financial transactions for our VAT clients and also do our internal Group companies accounting, invoicing, Collections Co-ordination, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.Responsibilities / Job Role:To maintain client company’s books of account in tally software.Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement.Day to day accounting till finalization P & L a/c & balance sheet.Preparing invoice of sales and purchase orders and various other activities in purchase and sales department and communication with suppliers / vendors/ respective parties.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable,Debtors follow up, handling receivable and payable matter of clients.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.Report on the company’s financial health and liquidityReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryPerform analysis for monthly and quarterly financial statements.Works under immediate supervision of CFOJob involves working on client side wherver needed and then quickly create processes and involve our Off-shore colleagues to transfer job, yet owning process and client expectations management at all times.Job involves UAE wide travel on going to client side for document collection and payments.
