Dubai -Job Summary: Looking for experienced and talented Nurse Manager in Dubai -, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details Determine patient service requirements through setting up personal relationships with patients Ensure adherence to requirements and regulations relating to health care Preserve nursing guidelines through making sure all policies and procedures are adhered to Maintain patient confidence and protect operations through monitoring confidential information processing Keep safe and clean working environment through designing and implementing procedures, rules as well as regulations Ensure quality of care through developing and interpreting hospital and nursing guidelines Monitor work results in the emergency room department Preserve nursing guidelines through writing, updating and training on policies and procedures Keep nursing operations through initiating, coordinating and enforcing programs, operational and personnel policies as well as procedures Undertake any other assigned task Job Qualifications and Experience Should hold relevant nursing qualifications At least seven to ten years of experience in emergency room hospital setting Must have HAAD or DHA license A native male Arabic speaking candidate is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good leadership and management skills Expertise in Ms Office suite Should be able to work well under pressure Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
