Dubai -Key Accountabilities Project Planning & Coordination - 25 % Manage the implementation and roll out of all projects and make certain that there is complete alignment with specified timelines, budgets, principal guidelines and store opening procedures of the company, in order to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely fashion and in line with the expectations of all concerned stakeholders. Coordinate with logistics, retail operations, external parties etc. in order to ensure timely delivery of store openings. Project Administration - 35 % Responsible for processing all orders, raising invoices, preparation of drawing package and finally submission of all design drawings relating to ongoing projects across all regions (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and Egypt). Overseeing the permit processing required by the mall and other statutory and ensuring compliance with government and safety regulations. Responsible for updating the department’s recurring file formats and presentations which include drawing and document filing. Design Development - 10 % Manage the design development for each individual project and make certain that there is complete alignment with the concept, principal guidelines and mall requirements, in order to ensure that the store is as per principal and mall specifications. Store Maintenance - 25 % Manage the store maintenance, in coordination with the retail department, in order to ensure that the stores are as per the company and principal guidelines. Management reporting - 5 % Manage the flow of information to the senior leadership of the organization in order to ensure that they are fully up-to-speed with the progress of the projects and are fully aware of any potential risks or challenges in order to ensure that they base their decisions on valid and relevant information. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role • Minimum 3-5 years of experience • Fluent in English & Arabic • Computer literacy • Thorough knowledge of labor laws • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills • BS in Human Resources or relevant field.
