Dubai -A full time experienced Procurement Manager is needed in Dubai - UAE by a client. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Interested candidates should be able to estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases. Preferred applicants should be able to create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers and also work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed. Ideal candidates should be able to maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Selected applicants should be able to review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options and also develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies. Candidates should be able to negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts and also ensure that the products and supplies are high quality. Applicants should be able to maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development. JOB REQUIREMENTS Selected candidates should have Electrical and building material industry experience used at the work place. Ideal applicants should have a working experience as a procurement manager in the same field or related for a period of a minimum of 3 years.
