Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Good analytical/critical thinking • Degree in Facility Management, engineering, business administration or relevant field • 5 -7 yrs experience in similar field & role • Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Analyst to help deliver product analytics projects in dubizzle. You will act as an advisor to our Product and Technology team, influencing the product roadmap through strong data insights and analytics. You will be leading analytical projects delivering actionable insights via data analysis such as customer behavior, user journeys and funnels, segmentation, A/B test analytics, predictive modelling, etc. Your work will help optimize the dubizzle product experience to drive customer satisfaction and retention. What you will be doing: Closely collaborate and act as partner to the product, technology, marketing, BI and executive teams to translate key business questions into actionable recommendations for our product Drive key analytics projects including forecasting, A/B testing and funnel optimization Understand key behaviours that drive consumer acquisition, retention and engagement to enable decision making about product strategy and features, marketing tools and campaigns Use existing tools, and suggest and evaluate new tools, to lead creation of most effective insights platform and environment. Ensure a high quality of analytical approaches and strategy frameworks Who we’re looking for: Minimum of 1 year work experience in strategy / business / product analytics, having closely worked with product in an internet/e-commerce company Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field. Master is a plus.
