Dubai -Dubai - based company is looking for an Administrative officer for their JAFZA operation.Details are as follows.;Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.Excellent knowledge in JAFZA Licence and Visa regulations are requiredPreparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expendituresMaintaining Admin records, such as those related to Health and Medical Insurance,Vehicle Insurance, RTA, Trade Licenses, Police, Petty Cash, Company Accommodation, Tenancy, Etisalat, Eppco/Enoc etc.……Preparing letters for different authorities.Handling all insurance policy related mattersSubmit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc.…Proactively manage the timely renewal of all company related licenses.Maintain and update the JAFZA Free zone site on a regular basis by checking for expiry on CEC /gate pass/export licenses /portal accounts and ensure to manage the minimum required fund on the portal.Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and complete surveys, etc. required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals.Ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of workers and staffs.Inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations Are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary.Supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure standards are maintained.Managing Etisalat sim connections and its paymentJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Administration: 7 years (Preferred)
