We are looking for an Android Developer. Here’s what an ordinary day looks like, you will: Perform translation of designs into software, development of code, documentation, and software testing. Perform modification of software, fixing software “bugs” in existing code, and troubleshooting issues on production and test systems improving application performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with outside data sources and API's. Requirements You’re going to need this to carry out this job Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline 2+ years experience in developing Android mobile apps Have published at least one original Android app. Experience with Android SDK. Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies. Dubai -Job details The Integrated Marketing Specialist (Content) will handle the implementation of Region marketing support initiatives promotion initiatives execution and monitoring; media planning; field sales merchandising development and roll-out; content and digital marketing; cross product and synergy campaigns and loyalty program. He/she shall also provide assistance in the Region-level implementation of Global-led initiatives. He/She is also the region point-person for PR and community relations. The Integrated Marketing Specialist should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills as well as cross-functional coordination skills. He/She should have demonstrated strength in thorough planning, including the ability to develop logical and detailed program mechanics, as well as to estimate, manage and track the marketing budget. The Marketing Specialist must demonstrate ability to flawlessly execute initiatives and plans, with consistent attention to detail. He/She will be based in Dubai -, UAE. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Marketing Planning: Support the Region Marketing Head in the on-going assessment, analysis and reporting on Market and Customer issues, challenges and opportunities. Participate in all Region-level and select Global-level Market Research initiatives and Strategic/Marketing planning processes. Support the Region Marketing Head in the development of Annual Marketing and Sales targets, KPIs and plans. Lead the development of detailed mechanics and implementation plans for Region Marketing initiatives, including establishing expense for each initiative. Implements the PR strategies for the region and acts as the company liason in community events/partnerships and develops strong mutually beneficial relationships with the Filipino community. Provide input and support to the development of detailed mechanics and implementation plans for select Global Marketing initiatives. Marketing Implementation: Handle operational aspects of all Region marketing efforts relating to acquisition and retention/engagement - online and offline: promotional campaigns, media placements, merchandising. This includes leading the Global Marketing resources in the development, design, production, inventory planning and roll-out of all merchandising and marketing support materials. Coordinate with cross-functional Region team as well as Global Marketing and Sales team in the implementation of initiatives, following through on all mechanics. Lead the development and production of all offline and online marketing campaign materials. This includes leading the development of account briefs, consistent with Marketing strategies, and directing Region Account Manager in the creation of all materials. Lead the inventory planning and roll-out of all Marketing support materials, ensuring that appropriate volume-levels of materials are consistently available to support the requirements of field marketing and sales. Lead the development and implementation of the region's email marketing and social media campaigns and initiatives. Build new Affiliate Marketing Partnerships & Community Building strategies (On-ground/ Offline) Coordinate with Global functional teams in the management of the region's website. Anticipate implementation potential problems and issues, and proactively make adjustments to implementation mechanics in order to ensure flawless execution of all plans. Tracking and Reporting: Lead tracking and reporting of Region Marketing budget. Ensure Marketing spending is in-line with budget. Recommend, secure approval for and implement adjustments if needed. Monitor Region programs/content across all available platforms and track and report customer experience issues. Track product sales performance through daily monitoring of KPIs - sales contribution, product sales performance, marketing expenses (for IPTV, Cable, , PPV). Assist in Preparing/updating monthly Marketing Initiatives Report : promotion performance updates, post-evaluation report & merchandising. Creates and monitors Merchandising Inventory report for Dealers. Conducts merchandise blitzes & audits dealer storefronts Assist in collecting market intelligence on product preference, customers' attitude, competitors and market opportunities QUALIFICATIONS Male or Female Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Economics, Communications or related courses. At least 3 years experience within Marketing and/or Sales function, with exposure and good grasp of product/customer management, distribution, project management, business development. Preferably with exposure to the Telecommunication or Media/Cable industries ( subscription-based business) and/or online/digital marketing experience from a reputable organization.
