Dubai -A pharmaceutical company is looking for a medical representative preferably a pharmacist male with 2 years experience who will be responsible for :-Promoting products according to campaign briefs and policies.- Meet or exceed targets (market share/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.- Achieving agreed to contact, coverage and frequency targets through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer-centric activities within operating budget.- Performing visits within accounts according to tasks assigned the sales manager which extend to follow up consumption at pharmacy level and performing visits to private street pharmacies linked to accounts or big chain pharmacies or close to a key physician's clinic.- Obtaining and maintaining latest information about decision makers (Doctors, Pharmacists, Hospitals…) having influence in his\her own business to support development and implementing sales strategies.- Preparing online report of daily visits and Plane work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager. Generally, medical sales executives have their own regional area of responsibility and plan how and when to target health professions.- Review of the distributor’s sales reports on a monthly basis and confirm that the pharmacies listed in distributor’s sales reports are licensed pharmacies, in operation, and located at the physical address stated in the sales reports.- Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams e.g. Healthcare, Hospital, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory.- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:medical rpresentitive: 2 years (Preferred)
