Dubai -AED4,500 - AED8,000 a monthJob Purpose: To act as the first point of contact of Human Resources team for all employees of the GroupTo provide an effective Human Resources administration serviceTo co-ordinate HR recruitment systems including safer recruitment practicesTo ensure availability of accurate HR records on all employeesTo provide HR reports as requiredJob Duties: HR Database and Reporting Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff positions and details. This includes maintaining master data relating to all staffs, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of sicknesses and other leave.Provide appropriate reports from the HR database for the purpose of auditing and monitoring employee data and training.Payroll relatedEnsure that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll run and submitted to accounts department, for example; contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits and staff benefits.Monitor attendance, and punctuality.HR Administration Ensure KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) are documented and handed overEnsure electronic and paper based personnel files are maintained and filing is completed in a timely manner.Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example; sorting post, telephone answering, devising standard Human Resources documents and manage the HR mail communications.Manage employee movements (Recruitments/transfers/resignations/etc) and settlementsGeneral Administration Coordinating all Government related work, including: visas, department of labour documents, renewals, and licenses.Ensure medical tests, and insurances are in order.Maintain an up to date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties.Recruitment and SelectionCarry out all the administrative processes in the recruitment process, for example; prepare recruitment documents, organise recruitment time tables, draft and place adverts, log application forms, administer recruitment campaign, sit on interview panels, and administer test.On boarding and InductionAdminister the process for new employees, for example; prepare contracts, offer letters, agreements and process all pre-employment checks.Conduct induction meetings with new employees and volunteers and liaise with Line Manager’s and Mentors to ensure they are aware of their responsibility in the induction process.Administer the probation process ensuring Managers know when review meetings need to take place.Learning, Development, and TrainingAssist with the annual appraisal cycle, record completed appraisals, and prepare reports with recommendations.Identify development requirements.Organise and conduct development programmes, including: booking courses, liaising with providers, and arranging in house training-courses.Advice and Guidance Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and Company Policies and Procedures, escalating more complex issues to the Senior Management team.Assist in handling employee grievances and discipline issues.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED4,500.00 to AED8,000.00 /monthExperience:Human Resources: 3 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Language:English (Required)Hindi (Preferred)
