COLLABORATES WITH THE HEAD OF CATERING TO ENSURE NORMAL DIETS HAVE OPTIMAL NUTRITIONAL BENEFIT FOR PATIENTS AND STAFFS. IN ADDITION, MENU CONTENT SHOULD TAKE ACCOUNT OF CULTURAL VARIANCE WITH DUE DEFERENCE TO PALATABILITY AND APPEARANCE.
