About the Position: We are currently looking for a competent & performance driven Parts Sales Representative to work for Trading Enterprises in Dubai -. Your main role is to find and assist in fulfilling customer requirement of parts and be able to supply as soon as possible his requirement and can advise related parts. In addition, your key responsibilities will include the following: Handle complete parts sales process of walk-in and telephone customers from enquiry to sales order process to achieve monthly budgeted net sales. Responsible for credit customer’s follow-up of payments as per credit terms and conditions granted to the customers. Ensure to communicate and consume parts ordered on urgent orders as soon as parts received. Collect retail customer data and feedback in the given format and convert them to service to generate additional revenue of labour and recalls. Ensure sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, cash collection, cash deposits are closed on time as per company standards and documents are filed for records. Assist warehouse team with monthly perpetual inventory to maintain stock inventory with no discrepancy during annual stock report. Follow customer service values and achieve CSV targets to surpass in meeting the needs and expectations of the customers. Take reasonable care for own health & safety and also take care that his or her acts do not adversely affect the health & safety of others. Brief Description: Job role will involve below mentioned key responsibilities Prepare scheme set up form and subvention template. Email to Product Manager and forward the approval to BSS along with raised remedy email. Prepare MOUs with rate grid for subvention and buy-back offers. Maintain followup with respective dealerships for receiving the signed MOUs. Update new business MTD volumes on monthly basis. Coordinate with IT/ RCC-RDU with regards to the data for subvention promotions and validate collection of subvention amount from the dealer. Maintain follow up with sourcing channels on dealer payment queries. -Follow up with RCC-RDU/ Sourcing channels on loan status- Approval/ disbursal. Support coordination with multiple sales channels including Direct Sales, Branch sales & IIS.
