Dubai -Department Description: Auto Loan is key business in Retail Assets contributing approximately 24% of acquisition and 15% of Retail loans revenue. It is key business that provides access to high net-worth new to bank customers and potential to cross sell other products. Brief Description: Job role will involve below mentioned key responsibilities Prepare scheme set up form and subvention template. Email to Product Manager and forward the approval to BSS along with raised remedy email. Prepare MOUs with rate grid for subvention and buy-back offers. Maintain followup with respective dealerships for receiving the signed MOUs. Update new business MTD volumes on monthly basis. Coordinate with IT/ RCC-RDU with regards to the data for subvention promotions and validate collection of subvention amount from the dealer. Maintain follow up with sourcing channels on dealer payment queries. -Follow up with RCC-RDU/ Sourcing channels on loan status- Approval/ disbursal. Support coordination with multiple sales channels including Direct Sales, Branch sales & IIS. Prepare offer communications: Internal e-mail communication and AL monthly offer PPT for Intranet updation. Run month-end AL summary reports with different cuts such as dealer wise channel car type Branded financial services. Prepare dealers performance sheet for review on regular basis. Coordinate with SME, Branch & IIS teams to drive monthly business volumes. Work closely with dealerships and internal stakeholders to effectively manage various activities related to exclusive customer events. Maintain E-library for dealer documentation, cooperation agreements and other operational documents. Detailed Description: In year 2019 Auto loans business target to deliver revenue of AED 70Mn plus with a balance sheet of close to AED 394Bn. This transformation has been driven by the role of the product management team evolving from revenue/originations support to managing business profitability. The product has multiple strategic tie-ups with the world leading manufacturers and regional brands to offer best in class financial services to customers. Over the years our coverage has increased to over 40 dealers and relationships pan UAE. Managing multiple promotions, customer events and data management, timely implementation of various promotions need strong operations support to analyze data, perform scheme set up's. Hence need for dedicated Product Admin Operations Support to ensure the operational activities are efficiently managed.
