Dubai -Senior Learning Experience Designer (1900090W) PRIMARY LOCATION : UNITED ARAB EMIRATES-UNITED ARAB EMIRATES-Dubai - ORGANIZATION : AXA Gulf CONTRACT TYPE : Regular SHIFT : Day Job SCHEDULE : Full-time DESCRIPTION Strategic responsibilities (only for managerial roles and above) Define and execute a change plan, stakeholder engagement plan of key transformation initiatives (i.e., Digital, Culture) that facilitates organizational transformations;Customize and implement tools (surveys, focus groups grid, etc.) to assess potential organizational and human risks related to change deployment and analyze the various sources of data;Develop and/or support the execution of creative and unique interventions (including creative materials i.e.: events, workshops, posters, leaflets, etc) to various stakeholder groups;Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and report on impact of changes (business impact, job impact, individual impact);Work in collaboration with HR colleagues to successfully launch new Human Resources processes, systems, and tools;Partner with internal clients and senior management to develop recommendations and specific action steps to produce positive change within their functional areas and business units.Drive the evaluation of all learning solutions to ensure they drive business performance and deliver return on investment. Operational & technical responsibilities Design bespoke interactive and engaging online and blended learning solutions including assessments and short animations for a variety of topics that meet design quality standardsDevelop, analyse and challenge learning aims and objectives, working with Subject Matter Experts (SMES) to design solutions that align with theseApply instructional design theories and best practise, keeping up to date with L&D trends and develop innovative ideas for online resourcesOwning the Learning Design element of projects, creating an amazing employee learning experience throughoutProviding unique and creative input and ideas to solutions at all stages of delivery.Continually develop and create new ideas and solutions for learning content and learning channelsBased on learning needs, determine appropriate technology platform, course design, and instruction delivery options based on subject matter and target audienceSupport with the design of learning campaigns, communications and collateral, including our Entity Campaigns and Global Learning WeeksDesign and deliver interactive virtual learning enabling us to offer ‘workshops’ to large numbers of employees in different locations at one timeScope, design, and develop engaging instructor-led (ILT) and digital learning product content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to best fits the needs of our learner.Regularly revise, update, or enhance current training content and learning assets to reflect product changes, updates or releases.Enthusiastically dive into exploring ambiguous learning topics and demonstrate resourcefulness and curiosity to come up with creative solutions. QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and content including creating instructor-led (ILT) materials, online/e-learning, and various interactive digital content.BA/BS in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar or relatable field. We also prefer candidates with a Master of Education (MA-Ed, M.Ed)Experience working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), multiple teams, and stakeholders in a product centered environment.Strong program management proficiencies with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dubai -Job Summary This role is pivotal as we expand our partnerships with the leading global systems integrators (e.g., Accenture, IBM GTS, HCL, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, etc.). We are looking for someone who has direct experience working with GSIs, and has established trusted advisor status with their key technical decision makers. Responsibilities: Architect and integrate Nutanix solutions into overarching GSI service offerings Leverage your contacts within the GSI community to establish Nutanix as the vendor of choice Design and implement complex POCs on customer premises or at GSI offices Technical Enablement of GSI personnel in the METI region Take ownership of all aspects of the technical sales process from beginning to end Work with GSIs to build packaged solutions leveraging Nutanix for business verticals (e.g. Store deployment packaging for Retail, workspace automation for insurance agents etc.) Cultivate Nutanix champions amongst the SI architects within the region Install, support, and maintain Nutanix solutions during Proof of Concept (POC) deployments Requirements: Direct experience working for or with Global Systems Integrators Able to architect complex IT solutions In-depth understanding of hyper-converged infrastructure architectures Deep subject matter expertise in at least two of the following technologies: virtualization, storage, software development, networking, security CXO or executive level presentation (discussion) experience Hands-on coding or scripting experience is not required but considered highly desirable About 50% travel within the region Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills 'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to do whatever necessary to assist in closing a deal Qualifications and Experience: BS CS/EE or related (or equivalent work experience). 5+ Years experience as a pre-sales Senior Systems Engineer or Solutions Architect
