Reporting into the Personal Shopping Manager, you will be tasked with developing and enhancing your customers’ loyalty and spend by utilising your strong customer service and commercial skills whilst building long-lasting, personal relationships with our E.I.P customers. You Will: Customer Relationship Management: Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern. Using these profiles, provide personal recommendations demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client’s style and requirements Ensure all customers receive the same level of attention. Initiate face to face contact with your customers Ensure prompt follow up with customers acquired through events and partnerships Sales: Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritised by analysing your customer list. Proactive sales approach, able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the customer experience and drive sales Numerate with strong computer literacy. Client Service Manager - -Dubai

Dubai -Airswift is currently seeking applicants for the role of Client Service Manager, based in our Qatar office. Flexible working hours may be available for the right candidate. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for Airswift’s largest account, and will leverage existing service lines and continue to penetrate all possible services lines, to develop net new GP growth. As Client Service Manager, you will also develop trusted advisory relationships with key line managers, stakeholders and executive sponsors. Key Roles, Tasks and Responsibilities Accountability for obtaining client work orders / new authorizations with responsibility to execute compliantly and within agreed commercial acceptability. The CSM shall regularly analyse and propose innovative ideas to drive business efficiencies for both AS and the client. The CSM will be responsible for managing a small account service team in the client’s project location (Iraq) with intermittent travel into Iraq as required.
