Dubai -PermanentKey account manager development reporting to the Sales Manager Export, responsible to explore new opportunities in MENA region, while assuring to execute workable business model into place. Key responsibilities include the following: Identify new opportunities & increase customer footprint in MENA Prepare three-years sales development plan including root-to-markets strategy across region Deliver top line and bottom-line budgets Work to increase potential customer base (focus area, direct retailers & wholesaler) in the region Closely work with supply chain team to have proper documentation and process in place Should have knowledge of documentation & full supply chain process for the region Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of the customers Visit customers and the outlets to identify growth opportunities Ensure proper stock availability in customer’s warehouse & shelf visibility Provide 3 month’s rolling forecast to the companies & closely coordinate with operation team to deliver sales orders on time. Key performance indicators include: New customers development Sales and net margin Stock levels at the customer WH Accounts receivables Reports Forecast accuracy Dept. budget. Track record of establishing best practice sales capability, building and consistent delivery of sales targets Proven track record of geographical expansion (new markets) Should have clear understanding on export documentation Should have knowledge of value chain Should spend 60% of time in traveling Should have knowledge on MENA countries government laws & regulations for importing Driven by challenge, well organized with an ability to multi-task Adaptable approach and capable of driving change on the marketing mix Age: 25+ years. Dubai -MR PORTER are now seeking a talented Personal Shopper to join the team based in our offices in Dubai -, UAE. Reporting into the Personal Shopping Manager, you will be tasked with developing and enhancing your customers’ loyalty and spend by utilising your strong customer service and commercial skills whilst building long-lasting, personal relationships with our E.I.P customers. You Will: Customer Relationship Management: Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern. Using these profiles, provide personal recommendations demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client’s style and requirements Ensure all customers receive the same level of attention. Proactive sales approach, able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the customer experience and drive sales Numerate with strong computer literacy. Team Player Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills. Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines.
