Previous experience in ABA preferred. The successful candidate will be hard-working, reliable, enthusiastic and open to learning. Training and supervision will be provided by the Carbone Clinic Dubai -. This is a great opportunity to receive high-quality, comprehensive training and experience.Therapist Schedule:9-hour workday, with a 1-hour lunch break. The position may also include international travel.Therapist Responsibilities:1. To implement all program recommendations provided by the Clinic.2. To conduct sessions with the client in the home or community setting, including preparation and organization of teaching materials.Community setting: Daily living skills in settings such as the supermarket, mall,restaurants, gym, etc. This may include 1:1 training or a group setting (e.g.,group exercise class)Home Setting: Daily living skills including independent self-care and hygieneroutines (e.g., showering, brushing teeth, etc), chores, cooking, etc.3. To be responsible for the upkeep of program materials for the client prior to and following the session. This includes: data collection, graphing, updating program book and replenishing daily materials required for the client's session (e.g., stimuli, datasheets, program book etc).4. To provide an objective report of the client's performance during the session on a daily basis to the parents.5. To follow the conduct and professional guidelines as described on the BACB Professionaland Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. (Copy will be provided by thesupervisor)6. To consistently implement in the home setting all recommendations outlined by theConsultant following consultation, if applicable.7. Your job Underwrite and price complex and jumbo groups by applying sound underwriting and actuarial rating methods in new and existing markets to support reinsurance clients in evaluating, quantifying and mitigating risk appropriately. Develop / amend policy wording and underwriting guidelines for new and existing markets to ensure mitigate risk from underwriting, legal and regulatory perspective Conduct product development and determine terms and conditions for reinsurance clients according to the Munch Re Corporate underwriting guidelines to meet customer needs and business goals. Conduct underwriting quality management for the active implementation of risk management for the divisional unit in coordination with MR Corporate Underwriting, MR Actuarial Services, MR Corporate Actuaries, MR Controlling and MR Reporting. Interact with Client Managers on maintaining client relationships, developing of new business potential/ opportunities and participating in negotiations with clients (cedents) and brokers to support in addressing specific issues during negotiations with cedents and in achieving MRUA’s business goals. Assist the local actuaries in pricing of primary insurance products, nonstandard insurance benefits and periodic premium review. Your profile Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or Economics and/ or a comparable degree with sound mathematical background Medical degree would be advantage Several years of insurance/ reinsurance/ actuarial experience, with at least three (3) years of reinsurance experience ealth Insurance / Reinsurance background would be an advantage Fluent business English (written and spoken) Partial or full completion of actuarial exams under a well-recognized actuarial society, for example the Society of Actuaries (SOA), would be an advantage Proven technical and analytical skills Good interpersonal and communicational skills to manage client expectations About us Make it happen.
