As a Customer Service Executive based in Dubai -, this role will be responsible for guiding customer over calls for all their healthcare insurance related queries. We require IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE candidates who are willing to work in shifts in a call center environment as follows: 8 am – 5 pm / 11 am – 8 pm / 2 pm – 11 pm , 5 days a week. 2 days off in a week may not be consecutive on all weeks. One Friday of the month will be working.
