The role will be responsible to prepare and implement the Sales Plan with a focus on revenue growth, market and business development whislt maintaining profitable margins. The customer base will include all food service channels such as Hotels, Fine Dining restaurants, bakeries (stand alone and Retail in-house based), Airport catering DXB and ADH, coffee shops etc Must have in-depth knowledge and proven Sales experience in selling of High End Quality Pastry and Bakery ingredients including ingredient mixes, tartelettes, cake decorations and fillings. Sales Directly involved in Selling and business development activities of all Division brands, products and categories to businesses;Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and dedicated sales territory assignment to Sales team;Develop a daily/weekly Customer call list for team and maintain information accuracy;Review monthly sales reports, Margin reports with management to determine if goals and objectives are being met.Develop new markets and accounts by utilizing current relationship and building new relationships in the food service channel.
