Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Supervises and manages the Room Service Call Centre and Tray assembly team. • Managing all day-to-day operations. Understanding the team positions well enough to perform duties in absence of caregivers. • Communicates areas in need of attention to the team and follows up to ensure follow through • Supervises other sections of the food service department in the absence of the designated supervisor. • Serves as a role model and encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. • Strives to improve service performance. • Ensures staffs understand expectations and parameters. • Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans. • Provides services that are above and beyond for patient/Guest satisfaction. • In addition to the above, any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by the Management. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Graduate in any discipline with major in Hotel / Catering Management. • Professional experience • At least 3 to 5 years experience in the Food & Beverage Industry preferably in a 5-star Hotel or Hospital • Previous experience in the Middle East is desirable.
