Sanad Al Meqbali, from a background similar to the company’s.(Emirates Zone is a business consultant for new business setup, company formation, ADNOC registration, PRO services etc.You can read more about us on our website: www.emirateszone.ae/en/)The right candidate would:Have an excellent command over English (both oral & written)Have proven track-record working with C-suite ExecutivesHave a considerable experience working with Arabic-speaking executivesHave a considerable experience of being associated with Sales and Marketing teamsHave a keen and diligent eye for dates and deadlines and never miss out on timely follow-upsBe an intrinsically motivated go-getter who undertakes tasks as projects and capable enough to multi-task and complete them on priority-basisResponsibilities:Develops and maintains shared calendar for the ChairmanSets up appointments and conference calls for the ChairmanHandles telephone and email inquiriesDrafts correspondence; prepares reports & presentations; edits and proofreads documentsOpens and sorts incoming mailAttends meetings; prepares minutes and action reportsDevelop and implement organized filing systemsOther duties as requested by the ChairmanJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 to AED4,000.00 /monthExperience:Executive Secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
