Abu DhabiOVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for the administration and maintenance of all Recruitment processes. Provide support to Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards. Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. Handle all Recruitment related job tasks from the interview stage up until following up on the onboarding of new associates. Conduct interviews and analyze the responses in order to identify the right talents. Follow up on interviews forwarded and ensure a timely correspondence with the candidate. Handle all governmental processes with the Government Relations Officer to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding process. Manage the recruitment portal HR Smart and ensure it is up to date. Post new vacancies on HR Smart and close filled vacancies accordingly. Communicate vacancies internally as well as externally via LinkedIn and MyCommunity. Streamline the content and ensure that no expired / filled vacancies are posted. Proactively work on and post job opening on LinkedIn in order to attract talents. Provide support to Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director of Human Resources in different departmental projects. Assist in the organization of associate engagement activities, department campaigns and events. Prepare flyers, posters and videos for such events. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.Use equipment only as intended. Greet all individuals arriving at office and assist with their needs. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Answer telephone with positive manner. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Maintain knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation. Access all functions of computer. Set up work station with necessary supplies and resource materials. Complete supply requisitions and submits to Manager; stock office supplies upon receipt. Type correspondence, memos and reports. Maintain filing procedures. Process requests for Associate Personal Usage Request. Review status of incomplete work and follow up actions with Assistant Director of Human Resources. All other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources within Recruitment. Education: High school diploma. General Skills:Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute. Physical Requirements:Must be able to exert physical effort, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and co-workers to their understanding.
