About the role The Inventory Controller is responsible for driving efficiencies in short term supply planning and inventory management while understanding market demand and growth strategies. You will ensure a high percentage of stock to secure availability for delivering the business ambition. You will work closely with the supply planners, demand planning managers, customer service team, towards a common objective of providing the best service levels to our customers by ensuring short term (frozen horizon) availability in markets. You will be responsible for delivering top line through ensuring Mid-month achievement. You will also be supporting the Gulf demand closing cycle as well as IMS reporting. In this role your key responsibilities will be to: Analyze monthly distributor stocks health & coverage and making sound decisions on requirements and risks. Ensure short term (0-6 months) supply availability with our distributors considering monthly stock analysis vs. the agreed stock norms as well as market intelligence (market dynamics, marketing activities, trends, seasonality). Identify and proactively communicate any supply challenge both internally (with supply planners, demand planners, customer service) and externally (sales, marketing, finance, etc.). Understand root cause for shortages or overstock and propose appropriate mitigation plans. Responsible for allocation of stocks per market based on availability, demand, market dynamics and activities. Ensure using the proper mode of transport as per the markets’ needs (propose air shipments and get HOP approval) as well as execution in coordination with customer service. Ensure proper communication and execution of the trend (net sales mid-month) both internally (planning team, Customer service team, Demand planning team) and externally (sales, finance). Ensure proper communication of loading plans internally. Make decisions on stock transfers between countries if required. Support inventory liquidation plans with Marketing / Finance. Ensure and communicate shipments planning of M and M+1. Support the Gulf Demand planning manager in closing process (Upload stocks, sales, in transit, ageing report). Ensure monthly IMS reporting (IMS flash, IMS evolution, central FAB DOH, ME FAB). Facilitate the expiry committee meeting. Responsible for the monthly SC dashboard update in coordination with the Supply and Demand planning team. Contribute to the GPS process success with completed 6-box analysis for Middle East. Single point of contact for inventory topics (for 0-6 months horizon). SME Sales Executive - Toyota Al Futtaim - Dubai - (Band F) Job Purpose: The SME Sales Executive is primarily responsible for achieving/exceeding the targeted sales of Toyota sales SME Business channel vehicles while maintaining/ improving the customer service experience. Key Responsibility: Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the branch by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings. This includes utilizing discounts as a tool to close deals.
