Dubai -Full-time, PermanentOur client is looking for a PA/ Nanny to join their family in Dubai -. They are looking for a candidate who is professional, motivated and looking for a position for at least 2 years. While they are living in Dubai -, and the children attend school here, they still maintain a home and strong ties to London as thier extended families are all there. The candidate should expect that about 10 weeks out of the year, she will be working from their London home. The duties she can expect are, but not limited to, the following: Nanny Duties Drive children to and from school ( Principal / Mum will be taking them to school in the morning but if she is travelling or otherwise occupied, successful candidate would have to do the morning run. Afternoon times vary but the earliest finish time is 2:40 for the youngest) Drive children to and from activities in the afternoon Prepare school lunches and dinner for children Supervise homework and make sure it's done and handed in Shopping as required (clothing, school supplies, costumes, and uniforms) Booking dentist and doctor appointments as required and take children to them Proxy parenting on occasion at home and away Home management duties - London and Dubai - Create a home manual with all house information (this would include a schedule for bills, service and maintenance, a directory of contractors and service providers) Hiring cleaning staff as needed, we have a full-time live in house keeper (sometimes an extra cleaner is needed such as after returning from holiday or after a party). Arrange dry cleaning pick up and drop off Liaise with different trades and service providers who work at the house (gardeners, pool cleaners, AC maintenance) Grocery shopping (we would create a meal plan and put a list together to make this easier) Ensure the garden is clean and in good condition, we have a gardener and a pool maintenance company who attend site 3 times a week. Book specialist cleaning such as window cleaners, curtain cleaners… PA Duties Pay bills (she will be given access to a home management bank account and bank card for this) Run errands (parcels that need posting, ordering supplies and other errands) Event organising (from helping arrange birthdays to liaising with caterers for dinner parties) Travel planning and booking as needed (this would mainly be the odd flight here and there) Restaurant bookings Booking car wash, car repairs and car services (these are mainly through an app) Booking appointments and scheduling (hairdresser, doctor and other appointments as needed) Work hours: 5 days a week, 9am to 7pm Requirements Fluency in English, French is a bonus Meticulous in her work Proficient in word, excel and power point or their Mac equivalents (pages, numbers and keynote) Excellent time management skills Confident driver with a clean record Trustworthy and discreet Can easily transition from home to corporate settings as needed A 2 year commitment will be required due to the high cost associated with hiring from outside the UAE. An early break penalty will be in put in place in the contract which will be calculated on a pro rata basis to the number of remaining months. Compensation An annual salary of AED 150,000 Private health insurance Car for use professionally and personally with petrol covered by us Food expenses covered by us when eating at home with the children Own room and ensuite bathroom in the house (if she would rather live out and have us rent her a studio, this could be discussed)

We are looking for female registered nurses/ midwives.Nurses would provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes. Patients who need home health nursing may be elderly, disabled, or terminally ill, but they may also be recovering from an injury or accident or living with a chronic disease.
