Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Establishing employees contracts • Administrating social and health insurance for the entire company s employees and determining the company s share as well as the employee’s. • Ensuring the company s compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel matters as well as presenting and issuing any necessary documents required by official authorities • Being responsible for the employee database system as well as employment files. • Dealing with the medical care company to establish medical reports, correspondences, and the addition or removal of employees as well as reviewing and revising invoices in addition to solving any occurring problems. • Following up with employee contracts, including their renewal and/or termination. • Supervise the HR team • Revenue Tax declaration • Discipline management Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the Human Resources Field, • 5 Years experience in the HR field, • Good assimilation of the Egypt Labor law, local taxes, • Good English proficiency, • Experience in a call center as an HR admin is mandatory.
