Dubai -The Role A challenging opportunity has recently arisen for an Executive Assistant to take on full responsibility for providing core executive and administrative support to this pivotal and prominent C-Suite Executive. This role is very diverse, and the right candidate must be able to wear many hats at any one given time so we are looking for that special all-rounder that can embrace the administrative challenges of supporting a world class office of diverse people and programmes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handing a wide range of administrative tasks and be able to work independently. A self- starter with an immaculate attention to detail and a proven experience of working in an executive environment is a must, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines, multi task and have a positive and flexible approach to the workplace. A strong understanding of financial and legal processes and procedures would also be of huge benefit, although candidates from all industry sectors will be considered. Requirements Key responsibilities include extensive diary management, continually changing travel, often at the last minute, and the preparation of agendas and reports for high level meetings and conferences.
