An Sales Channel Manager (RCM) will focus on selling to private and public enterprise organizations in the Middle East region, primarily through indirect channels, and will have a key role in setting new business relationships for OutSystems in the Middle East. Responsibilities: Engaging with prospect partners, current partners to jointly close deals; Building respect, trust, and credibility with customers and partners by understanding their industry and business drivers while focusing on their unique needs; Taking personal responsibility for ensuring the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction at each point of contact; Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude; Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key sponsors within customers and partners; Establishing and managing a customer and partner acquisition and management plan that aligns regional sales objectives with OutSystems’ business goals; Meeting and exceeding customer and partner acquisition and funnel growth targets; Building a customer and partner opportunity pipeline through various means including but not limited to sales & pre-sales enablement, inside sales, sales force to sales force introductions; Working with OutSystems and Marketing teams to facilitate the development and execution of a marketing and lead gen plan; Understanding and helping partners follow the OutSystems’ corporate and sales policies and procedures; Working in collaboration with the Middle East & Africa sales and inside sales team; Demonstrating a broad knowledge of the current technologies and concepts influencing IT buying decisions; Forecast accurately to the Sales Director; Over achieve revenue targets; Demonstrating complete knowledge of OutSystems’ products and services to proactively identify opportunities, including cross selling, to solve partners’ problems and create demand for OutSystems solutions; Become an Industry thinker and leader in Application Development gaining credibility through bodies, panels and associations; Requirements: The SCM role is a sales role, you will work with our partners to close deals 6+ years’ experience “selling” Enterprise software solutions in the Middle East market with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas of $2M or greater in software sales and services revenue 4+ years of experience developing and managing a channel partner network of digital agencies, Management and IT Consultancies, Solution Providers and Systems Integrators; Proven success ramping up a new business in the region via partners and enabling partners towards autonomy from you Bring insight and best practices on how to penetrate the market Knowledge and experience selling application development software, middleware, database management software, business process management software, or similar software that enables the development, delivery, or management of business applications Passion for selling - with enthusiastic and self starting, entrepreneurial approach Knowledge of the Middle East IT industry with a background selling to C-level at end customers and or equivalent senior executives in a channel partner company Knowledge and experience selling services focused on app development and delivery Knowledge of apps enabling web 2.0, cloud computing, virtualization, mobile and digital transformations Knowledge of app development approaches and methods Outstanding communicator with ability to provide feedback at all levels of the organization Strong computer skills with experience using MS Office, WebEx or similar web conferencing product, and CRM or sales management tools (salesforce.com preferred) Bachelors degree or equivalent (Computer Science preferred) Ability to travel an estimated 5 days or more per month Language: fluent in English and Hindi High level of trust and integrity Location: Dubai - Working at OutSystems We don’t have many rules, but we have a lot of common sense.
